The location was perfect, cosy room, comfy bed, clean, accommodating host, convenient for pubs and entertainment.

Unique location just off the castle road. Comfy, well-decorated room with great views. Friendly and prompt email communication. Lovely exposed brickwork. Will definitely return.

The location was outstanding, just steps away from the historic Royal Mile. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The modern bathroom and fast internet were particularly appreciated. We also enjoyed the complimentary Scottish shortbreads and the selection of coffee, tea, and water provided.

Felt like VIPs, nothing to complain about.

This hotel is within walking distance of everything, located really close to the center and the station. The cleanliness was perfect and the staff was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming and cozy nest near the Royal Mile. The double bedroom was very cute and comfortable, complete with a TV, kettle, and tea and coffee facilities. We even had a mini fridge and a safe for added convenience. The modern shower room was fully equipped and beautifully done up. Despite being hidden behind the Royal Mile near the Castle, all the essential services and places of interest were within walking distance. The cleanliness of the entry passageways, room, and bathroom was perfect. The room itself was just enough for two people and had a very cozy atmosphere.

The walk up the spiral staircase to the second floor was quite rough, making it a bit challenging with luggage.

The fabulous location guarantees an unforgettable experience. the rooms are well-presented and clean, providing a comfortable space for your stay.

Some guests have mentioned that the spiral staircase may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues.

Staying here was an absolute luxury. the facilities were exclusive and the service was impeccable. the location was central and it was easy to explore the surrounding areas. the private facilities were top, notch, and the staff catered to my every need. I loved the exclusive amenities in the room and it truly felt like I was staying in a high, end hotel.

The only negative aspect was the lack of reception and staff present at all times. the hotel made up for it by providing an extensive check, in guide that made checking in a breeze.
